Locking Bench Dog
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is not a direct remix as I modeled the entire thing from taking manual measurements of the original but it is very close to the original. I added a fillet around the edges of the sliding parts of the model which make them slide much easier. The space for the nut in the original model was too small when I printed in bambu petg basic so I added several different sizes of that nut hole so others could find the one that works for their settings and filament. This is a brilliant idea by the original creator as the ability to lock extensions onto an MFT top can be quite useful as in the Ron Paulk workbenches. The TSO commercial equivalents cost $40 and these seem to really lock two pieces of 18 mm plywood together very tightly.
Hardware:
-M5 x 65mm hex socket head cap screws (you could probably get away with 50 or 55 mm as the 65 stick out a bit)
