Hello all!
This is a small keyring adapter made for a Casio F91W. It will fit similiar models of watch, included the cheap AliExpress Skmei brand's F91 equivalent, as can be seen in the images.
I advise if you want a super smooth installation, run a tiny drill bit (I used a 1.5mm bit) down the two holes where the watch bracelet pins go, just to clear out any bumps or imperfections.
