This is a Parametric Professional Cookie Cutter Generator. It transforms any SVG file into a functional set of three 3D-printable parts. The unique feature of this model is its ability to automatically process files with open lines, rounding sharp corners for better hygiene
Instructions for Use (What each parameter does)
1. Inner Part (Ejector/Stamp)
- Engrave_Style: Defines whether the design will be recessed into the dough (1) or raised (2).
- Engrave_Depth: The depth or height of the design. Generally 1.0mm is ideal to appear on the dough without perforating it.
- Stroke_Width: The thickness of the design lines. Tip: If the design disappears, increase this value to 1.2 or more.
2. Silhouette and Fusion
- Fusion_Radius: Resolves the issue of SVGs with separate parts (like flower petals). It "melts" the parts until they unite into a solid base.
- Internal_Fill: If set to 1, it fills any hole in the middle of the cutter, creating a solid stamp.
3. Outer Part (Cutter)
- Cutter_Height: Total height of the cutting blade. Must be greater than Base_Height.
- Clearance: The clearance between the stamp and the cutter. 0.4mm is the standard for the stamp to slide smoothly without being loose.
- Wall_Thickness: The thickness of the blade that cuts the dough.
4. Reinforcement (brim) and Handle
- Brim_Width/Height: Creates a flange at the base of the cutter. This provides stability on the print bed and serves as a finger rest when cutting.
- Ergonomic_Handle: Generates a separate cylindrical handle. You should glue it behind the part (stamp) after printing to facilitate use.
