Rotatable Base V1

Based on having many phone holders on hand,

but most of them cannot rotate,
so I designed a rotating base
so that I can combine it with existing equipment
to allow for 360-degree rotation.

This is currently the first version.
I plan to incorporate a ball bearing groove in the next iteration.
