Pegboard Wall Mount Solution

This is a versatile pegboard for organizing tools, requiring no supports. Each panel requires four screws for wall mounting. Self-adhesive screw pads can be used to avoid drilling. No other accessories are needed.

It can accommodate small items such as screws and nuts, and hold screwdrivers, pliers, and other simple tools. You can also customize it to display artwork or additional tools. The pegboard holes measure 6x8mm, with a 1cm spacing between each hole.

1. The pegboard measures 25x25cm and can be secured using self-adhesive screw pads (M4). A 6mm screw length is recommended (panel screw hole thickness 3.5mm). Wall drilling is unnecessary; however, wood screws can be used for added security. The mounting holes have a 4.5mm diameter.

2. The screw storage boxes have external dimensions of 5x5x5cm. It is recommended that each screw storage box be secured with two dowels. A maximum of 25 storage boxes can fit on one panel.

3. Labels for the screw storage boxes are partially provided; however, you can also create your own. For multicolor labels, ensure proper arrangement for optimal color display. The baseplate must be placed at the bottom of the assembly; otherwise, the colors will change on each layer. Monochrome printers can pause at layer 11 to change filament colors. Individual character size can be scaled proportionally: adjust Y to 5 and then proportionally scale the checkmark, adjusting Z to 3.

4. Using PETG or a higher-strength material is recommended for printing.
