I designed this replacement wheel after the original wheel on my STIHL lawn edger wore out. Instead of replacing the entire unit, I modeled a stronger and smoother rolling wheel that can be easily 3D printed at home. The wheel uses a standard 608 bearing and a TPU outer tire for improved grip and durability. The open spoke design keeps it lightweight while still being strong enough for regular edging work.
