Love the design. Profile worked great. I made a couple tweaks though for my X1 with this filament. Printed in Bambu PLA Silk+ Candy Green (13506). (This color in PLA silk+ was very temperamental versus the other colors I used in Bambu PLA Silk+. That was the reasoning for adjusting the profile.) Had the green silk material on hand left over from printing a Philly football helmet. So of course being a Cowboys fan and having a soft spot for the Hulk this seemed a perfect application of this material and color.

I was asked to print this for a neighbor. Used Bambu PLA. I had a couple issues with the supports on the snap but after I realized what was happening I added some supports in that area and it printed very nicely. 
I made another for my daughter using Bambu gradient silk that was left over from Christmas. The orientation of the model enhances the look using gradient material. I'm not sure its the best material choice for the snap but she'll enjoy this. Thank you.

PLA (Based on user feedback)

This is a great idea.  All printed this with no issues. Assembly is tight I did not glue any joints thus far. Only assembly problem I had was mentioned before in the comments on the legs. I went ahead after printing the downloaded leg at 100% per the profile, I adjusted the scale to 99.5% and reprinted the legs. Printed the handle and legs I printed in PLA Tough+ Cyan. The handle and legs were on the same plate when printed at 100% the handle fit up perfectly first time. Balance of items printed in Basic PLA, Grey & Bright Green. I know you are wanting these prints to be in ABS or ASA I just can't stand the off gassing when the printers are using those materials. I organized my plates as pictured. Unsolicited suggestions: Fillets and lead in chamfers would aid assembly and aesthetics, maybe adding a place for a Plano type tackle box for fishing lures between plates, give up two rod holders for adult beverage coozie holder locations.

Thank you so much for the models. Removed the protruding stars and scaled the Z axis independently, to have a 3mm thick model, printed in basic PLA and saved it. That was months ago. I have had these on my desk trying to come up with a way to incorporate these logos into what has become a totally separate project of creating a display for my NFL helmets using multibin plates. 
My grandson asked if I could make a similar display for his pocket size helmets. That is the version shown below. The logos are in Bambu PLA Silk+ red, white and blue. Each logo model is assembled in Bambu Slicer with a multibin part and printed as a custom piece that snaps into the panels. No glue.
I really wanted to thank you for the models and @Sigmastarr for the idea of using the logos in the helmet display.
