After 3 years of heavy fabrication use, the rubber bandfile roller wheel bumper piece finally broke.  I designed this to be a temporary replacement while waiting for the actual replacement part 49-16-2482. After using it for some time, I realized this might be a semi-permanent solution, and better for my metalworking needs. Making this open source in case anyone else needs one.
