not sure why the print profile wants to print the internal tray vertically first print failed as it has very minimal contact with the build plate. I had to add a raft to get it to print properly. I also printed this part in ASA. another alternative is to just print it “grid” side down on the build plate. changed the top of the tray to my last name printed in PLA/PLA. over all good print

fit perfectly! supports were difficult to get off the textured plate.

sliced the panels in Bambu and made a 65mm end piece. fits perfectly!

I scaled mine up to 13 inches. it’s being used as a window restrictor / security bar.
