I wanted to mount my monitor in the corner of my L shaped desk, but the keyboard was too close to the screen base. I designed this filler plate to allow me to extend my oversized mousepad across both portions of the desk, without it sagging in the middle. This allows me to have my keyboard further away from my screen, for better viewing of the full screen area.
