I’m the creator behind TEA – The Extrusion Addict, where practical meets passion in every layer. My focus is on tool printing and product development—from jigs and fixtures to end-use parts—helping makers and engineers bring functional prototypes and production aids to life. Along the way, I’ll occasionally indulge in the decorative side of 3D printing, sharing clean, eye-catching accent pieces and home décor projects that show off what extrusion can really do.

Hi makers!
I’ve just uploaded my latest project—a mid-century inspired modular step vase. The design is based on clean, geometric shapes (think Pols Potten step vase vibes) but with a twist: it’s modular!

A simple solution to fill tubs without holding the house or the chance that your hose will jump out of the tub. the Model is designed to print with minimal supports (only support for the gardena coupler is necessary for a good fit).
The large diameter of the inner tube vs the intake coupler size is to reduce the pressure and results in a tools that stays in place while filling your tub.

Hey everyone! I’m excited to share a brand-new modular design I’ve been working on: a Mid-Century–inspired Step Vase that you can customize, mix, and match however you like.
What makes it special?
Stackable Rings: The vase consists of three rings—Ø 80 mm, Ø 100 mm, and Ø 120 mm—that interlock snugly. You can stack all three for a striking vertical silhouette (total height 105 mm), or use any single ring on its own as a minimalist accent piece.
Adjustable Heights: Each ring has its own distinct height (30 mm for Ø 80 mm, 35 mm for Ø 100 mm, and 40 mm for Ø 120 mm), so when stacked you get those iconic “steps” reminiscent of 1950s modernism.
Material Options: Print it in PLA for a lightweight, colorful finish, or choose ceramic if you want something more durable and honed. The interlocking lips ensure zero wobble, no matter how tall you build.
Why you’ll love it:
Endless Color Combos: Try pastel gradients, bold primaries, or monochromatic tones—swap rings seasonally to match your mood or your living room color scheme.
Versatility: A tall stack can hold a dramatic single-stem bloom; two rings make a perfect mid-height vase for small bouquets; a single ring is perfect for a slim desk accent or tealight holder.
Designer Interaction: Because it’s modular, you can rearrange it at any time—no need to commit to one shape forever.
