Stitching Pony Attachment for the Modular Clamp

This is a Stitching Pony attachment designed for the Modular Clamp Workshop System.

The attachment is fully 3D printed and helps stabilize materials during leather stitching and other handcraft work. The extended jaws provide improved access and make it easier to work on larger pieces or projects that require additional clearance.

Plate description:

Plate 1 – jaws and the handle
Plate 2 – remaining required parts
Plate 3 – clips for connecting to the modular system and an optional wrench for tightening the jaws to the handle

Both jaws include slots for 8×2 mm or 8×3 mm magnets. Use glue to secure the magnets in place.


Assembly steps:

Prepare all parts
Connect the jaws to the main base and insert the pin.
Secure the pin with the lock.
Insert the main thread, secure it with pins from both sides, and slide the locks between the thread and the jaw to secure them.
Insert the main screw and secure it with the lock.
Secure the second jaw with the nut and tighten it by hand. If you need to apply more force, you can print the wrench included on Plate 3 and use it to tighten the connection.
Optionaly glue 4 magnets for holding needles
Connect Stiching pony to modular clamp and you are ready to go ! :)
