A little bulb vase that stands on its own feet.

Meet the small vase with a lot of character: a round, pot-bellied body, a slender neck, and a set of tiny feet that lift it just off the shelf. It looks right at home with a few dried stems, a sprig of pampas, or simply standing on its own. I designed it from scratch to be genuinely easy to print — one solid piece, no supports, and nothing to assemble. About 11 cm (108 mm) tall.

Print Profiles Included

One plate, one print: the complete vase in a single piece. No supports, no glue, nothing to glue or clip together — just slice, print, and place it wherever it needs a little warmth.

Printing Recommendations

  • Enable fuzzy skin to hide layer lines.
  • Layer height: 0.16mm for perfect balance between speed and look
  • Material: PLA is ideal (I used Bambu PLA Basic). It gives the smooth curves and soft matte finish this shape loves, and it prints beautifully on any FDM printer.
  • Colors: It looks fantastic in a warm, earthy brown / terracotta tone, and just as clean and modern in white — pick whatever suits your shelf. It’s a single color, so there’s no AMS or multi-color setup needed.
  • Infill: 10–15% is plenty. I printed it at 15% gyroid with 2 walls for a solid, stable little vase.

A Note on Use

This is a decorative vase — perfect for dried flowers, pampas, or as a standalone piece. Want to use fresh flowers? Just drop a slim glass test tube inside as a liner and you’re set: the printed walls aren’t guaranteed watertight, so a liner keeps everything dry and tidy.
