Description

Hi!

I'm sharing with you my new project - a modular back scratcher.

The whole thing is printable, no additional elements such as screws are needed.

The scratcher is fully modular, so you can adjust the size depending on the number of rods you use, and each thread and threaded hole is the same size!

Additionally, the files include Clips, thanks to which you can fold the scratcher to a smaller size and not lose the rod.

One rod adds 82 mm of height.

NOTE: when printing rods, I recommend first cleaning the bed well and, if you have problems with adhesion, using some preparation to hold the print.

The print profile is prepared for the print shown in the photos.

Pretty good , Tip isn’t Sharp enough to scratch through clothing, but their skin and does the trick print out three of the tubular pieces. If you want a better reach I only did two it’s short enough and compact enough to reach my whole back, but one more rod couldn’t hurt.

Actually, I have the same... :D Apparently the third rod wasn't needed, but I had to print it... :D

Third rod is not “needed” , I have just satisfied the itch lol original profile with 2 is great & the clip makes it easy to keep in my backpack

Works well, I added a 8.2mm hole down the centre of the shaft and pushed a 8mm woodenw2lll dowel into the hole, This make the back scratcher ridged and useable.

I did not use the print profile as I printed these as a flush model. The model itself is awesome though. Prints and assembles easily. I took the liberty to cut the edges a bit on each claw because it was too sharp for me =)
