3D model of a vise for educational purposes
This vise model was specially developed for instruction and is available here for download. It is ideally suited for learning purposes in the fields of construction, CAD design, or mechanical engineering.
Description:
The model shows a compact vise with a movable jaw, suitable for use on a workbench or as a practice project. It is designed to be easy to assemble and can be fastened with commercially available screws and threaded inserts.
Required components for assembly:
- 6x M4 threaded inserts
- 4x M4x25 pan head screws
- 2x M4x14 pan head screws

This model is particularly suitable for:
- Training and educational projects
- Exercises in using CAD software
- Demonstrations in metal or woodworking
The model is designed realistically and can be used both virtually and physically.
Printing instructions:
Print all models as in the Bambu file, you can choose the colors freely.
The large base and the movable jaw require support.
After printing, minor corrections may be necessary with a file or sandpaper.
Two threaded inserts must be melted into each jaw.
Two threaded inserts also go into the guide rail.
The head and pin of the retaining bolt are inserted into each other, glue may be required.
Then you can assemble the vise with 4x M4x24 and 2x M4x14 pan head screws.
