Description

This is a support-free picatinny rail adapter to hook a keychain or charm onto. Assembly is fairly simple, only requiring an M5 screw alongside a matching nut, which is slotted into place.

Parts

To assemble it, you'll need:

1 x M5 x 20mm screw (can be longer, no shorter though)

1 x M5 nut

Printing

The model is already oriented correctly and made to be support free. The profile is setup to use 3 walls with a layer height of 0.16. Any other settings are fairly arbitrary.

Thanks! Sorry to hear that it doesn't fit your hardware. If you need a specific size to fit, the source .blend file is available to modify. Otherwise, I could probably get around to making a variation if you'd like. If I were you though, I'd probably just see if I could file it down or source an M5 screw and nut.

My M5 nuts are also too tall. I was able to get it to work with an M4 nut and M4x25mm bolt. the model seems to only accommodate a bolt height of about 3.3mm tall, my hex nuts are about 4mm tall

PERFECT! One question though, where did you get that helldivers skull charm? Is it 3d printed or did you buy it from somewhere? Cause I would love to have one for democracy!

I printed in PETG, and the m5x20 bolts i ordered don't reach the nut. Had to order m5x25 bolts.
