Description

Simple octagon knifehandle for a Brisa Necker 70 Neckknife.

Had not time to make a proper wooden handle yet, so I took it as a CAD challenge to design one.

Chosen the octagon design to integrate the M3 nuts.

Parts needed:

  • 2x M3 nuts
  • 2x M3 10mm screws
  • Brisa Necker 70 blade (there are different types of the blade, with the same dimensions but different blade type)

For assembling:

  1. Press fit the nuts in one half.
  2. Press the two cylinders in the matching holes.
  3. Put the blade on it.
  4. Put the two rings over the screw holes.
  5. Put the other half on top.
  6. Insert the screws. Dont use to much force.
