With this enhancement to the original design, I have improved overall stiffness and tightening force. This results in a superior feel and functionality.

This model reveals only one screw at the bottom of the bracket; the wood is concealed between the top and secured within the notch. I have provided models for various wood thicknesses.

Available thicknesses are:

30mm

28mm

25mm

20mm

Remember to select appropriate wood and screw lengths to prevent piercing the wood.

And reinforce the screw holes during printing.

Here is an improvement and enhancement of my original shelf bracket; unfortunately, the previous version suffered from stability issues, prompting me to strengthen and refine the bracket.

With this shelf, only one screw is visible at the bottom of the bracket. The wood is clamped between the plastic projections and then screwed from below. I have pre-sliced various wood thicknesses.

Note that you should choose the screw length and wood thickness appropriately to avoid piercing the board.
