DN 200 to 2x DN150

Design a simple adapter that connects a 200mm outside diameter pipe (with a 2mm wall thickness, resulting in a 196mm inside diameter) to two 150mm pipes. Each of the 150mm pipes has a 145mm outside diameter and a 2mm wall thickness, ensuring a tight fit for the hose connection. The adapter should be structured similarly to the one shown in the last picture, accommodating both pipes securely and maintaining a tight seal.
