HAN mini movable M113 APC toy

Mini Movable Tank Vol. 3!! Finally complete!!

Previously, I considered creating an armored personnel carrier, but ultimately chose the classic M113 as a reference.

This time, the focus is on the rear ramp door, which should be able to open and close to reveal the interior, and I attempted to print three movable machine guns at the smallest possible size.

Features:

1. Movable structure closely resembling the prototype (due to size limitations, many simplifications and adjustments have been made).

2. An adorable design, based on the M113's appearance, with added details where possible.

3. The body size remains consistent with the 40mm universal width (play with the mini tank!). Approximately 1.5 hours to print one set.

4. Joints maintain structural integrity for playability (just don't drop it 😂).

Notes:

1. The model requires high precision; minimum clearance tolerance is 0.22mm. If a 0.2 tolerance test is successful, it should be fine (otherwise, you may need to adjust the flow rate and first layer distance).

2. Ensure the build plate is clean and use a slower speed for the initial layer.

Perhapsit can be scaled up to 200% (however, joints may become loose, testing required).

Supports have been manually drawn (using tree supports).

All parts are designed according to FDM printing principles and exported in the recommended direction.

Strength settings0.2mm layer height, 2 walls, 5 top layers, 4 bottom layers, 15% infill for the body (linear).

7. Nozzle 210°C (for good layer adhesion, avoid low temperatures), bed 65°C.

8. Refer to the document for assembly instructions.
