This project is member of "R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System" family. The R.I.G.S. solution was designed to provide an easy, reliable, repeatable and fast set up of the Xtool RA2 Pro Deluxe on the Xtool F1 Ultra, along with solving some placements and clearance issues. It contains a mount and a riser specifically for the Xtool F1 Ultra, but it also contains a new chuck mounting jig along with different screw in attachments for different types of tumblers.

Chuck Jig Mount: The R.I.G.S. RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Mount was designed to optimize the following characteristics:

• Grip from the inside, instead of outside: This helps support tumblers from the inside, allowing the entire exterior to be free from any blockage.

   

• Modular: The R.I.G.S. RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Mount is compatible with multiple addons from the R.I.G.S. family, allowing mounting options for different type of tumblers.

   

• Quick Swap: The tread system that connects the R.I.G.S. RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Mount to each individual Lid Jigs allows for a fast swap of lid jig options for different tumblers. A single thread is used to replace the 6 original mounting screws, allowing you to swap jig lids in place and fast. The thread between the R.I.G.S. RA2 Pro Chuck Jig Mount and each Jig Lid is oriented to follow the same direction as the threads from the tumbler being mounted, making screwing in and out intuitive.

   

• Tight Grip: Each Jig Lid is designed to fit perfectly a given tumbler, or a family of tumblers, allowing for a secure tight grip. This means the tumbler will not go lose or tilt due to weight and lose grip.

This model is required in order use the interchangeable lid jigs from the R.I.G.S. family for tumblers.
