R.I.G.S. - RA2 Pro Deluxe Mount and Riser for Xtool F1 Ultra

This project is member of "R.I.G.S. - Rotary Inner Grip System" family. The R.I.G.S. solution was designed to provide an easy, reliable, repeatable and fast set up of the Xtool RA2 Pro Deluxe on the Xtool F1 Ultra, along with solving some placements and clearance issues. It contains a mount and a riser specifically for the Xtool F1 Ultra, but it also contains a new chuck mounting jig along with different screw in attachments for different types of tumblers.

Contents:  This solution contains two models, the riser and the mount.

Riser: Elevates the RA2 Pro Deluxe, so it providers clearance to fully engrave tumblers with handles that cannot be detached. This riser allows the tumbler to rotate 360 degrees without hitting the handle. The Riser has a tight fit, with a couple of angled walls to allows the RA2 Pro Deluxe to tilt up and down for perfect leveling. The riser is split in two parts to fit on the bed plate, with a joiner for perfect assembly. No glue required.

Mount: Allows the riser to slide seamlessly in and out of the Xtool F1 Ultra, while maintaining the center axis in the perfect position for engraving. It has holes  on the base where M4 Thumb Screws can be placed as a back stop, allowing you to always slide the riser above to the exact same spot. 

The placement of the screws shown above allows the acrylic protective shield of the Xtool F1 Ultra to lower as much as possible while using this set up, maximizing safety. Disclaimer : The Xtool F1 Ultra is considered a Class 4 laser when operated with the protective shield NOT fully closed, and appropriate safety measures and gear should be used.
