Description

I really liked Boomi's model, but I don't have a wall near the pool, so I designed a system that hooks the bracket to the Bestway Powersteel pool tubing.

I used PETG in order to prevent weather damages.

For the assembly I used:

  • n. 2 Hexagon socket head cap screws M6x30
  • n. 3 Hexagon socket head cap screws M6x45
  • n. 5 Nuts M6

In the photos you see the first attempt I created for this summer. Needs some tweaking and testing as I had to add cable clips to support the weight of the bypass. As soon as I find a solution, I will update the assembly.

Fast print and perfect print profile! My 3-way valve support has been exposed to sun, rain, chlorinated water, and even a pressure washer for over 3 months: made of PETG, it has not suffered the slightest deformation. Truly exceptional!

Hello, I'm going off-topic, apologies. where did you find the connectors for the valve to connect the original tubes without hose clamps but with the original crown? Thank you. I will also print the profile shortly once I have all the information.

Had to fasten the three sides with sturdy zip-ties, but it works great! They mount okay on the Steel Max Pro oval poles. Thanks!

Thank you very much,I didn't have time to improve the hooking system, but I'm glad you were able to do it with cable ties, congratulations on your pool!

Hello, do the Bestway Powersteel pool's poles have the same oval cross-section as those of the Steel Max Pro? See photo

Hi, I have seen a friend's and they are different in shape, the ones from Steel max pro are more oval, but I have not had the chance to try them with the hook

Hi, thx for this file. Maybe you would consider to name also the keyword Intex, which is mostly the same like Bestway sells. It would help the community a lot. also on Thingiverse is a good qty of intex and bestway models, yours would be great there as well.

And keyword steinbach.

I've also designed countersunk holes in the clips to later screw the clips to the base plate, I might also use embedded nuts instead of self-tapping screws
