Candle adapter for taper candles

Description
The idea behind it was a simple Advent wreath with taper candles,
well, since I have cats, an open flame is out of the question, so I thought of electric tea lights, but they don't fit on taper candles, so I quickly designed an adapter that has the base for taper candles but can hold tea lights. The adapter is simply inserted into the opening where the taper candles go.
