Dual-Plate Drying Box_Temperature and Humidity_6028 Fan_V2
Print Profile(1)

Description
This model was printed using a P1S and an A1, utilizing a 10-liter plastic bucket as its foundation. The base and filament rack are not included (uploaded in other models), and adjustments may be made as needed.
While simplified, some assembly skills are still required.
For ease of construction, self-tapping screws are recommended; however, for a more refined aesthetic, consider embedded copper knurled nuts.
Given the electrical components, a multimeter is advisable for troubleshooting purposes.
The circuit connections utilize wire caps and spring terminals; however, if unavailable, twisting the wires together is acceptable—just avoid short circuits.
The filament parameters used were Bambu Lab PETG defaults; however, optimization is recommended based on individual circumstances.
High-strength filaments such as PETG or ABS are recommended; PLA is discouraged due to insufficient strength.
I personally used PETG; experienced users may utilize it, but beginners are advised against it.
To minimize heat loss, consider applying thermal insulation to the enclosure.
The PTC heater utilizes a 65mm length; however, the model accommodates 75mm lengths as well.
The wall, top, and bottom layer counts were set to 2, 3, and 3 respectively; however, adjustments are possible based on individual needs, but a minimum of two layers is suggested.
The sealing ring can be 3D printed using TPU or purchased (7mm), otherwise, it's optional if only dry heat is required.
However, a cautionary note: TPU is incompatible with the AMS; I learned this the hard way, spending considerable time removing the clogged TPU from my AMS
