Build Plate Cleaner for A1 Mini - Speed Optimized

Multiple Uses:

• Clean filament bits from previous prints or failed first layers
• Check for adhesion issues for longer prints (before finding out the hard way)
• Use as window panes or other super flat pieces for models
• Use as a mat for other models to cover surfaces
• Some people have even used this as a sort of dust-cover for their build plate when you don't have other means of plate storage

I've optimized a plate cleaner specifically for the A1 Mini that has a fast print time and low filament usage. This cleaner can also check for abnormal adhesion issues before starting long prints to ensure you don't have an adhesion failure. 

Use this before any long prints to check for attached filament OR for any potential adhesion issues. I've sped up the initial layer so that any plat debris or inadvertent build plate fingerprinting should show up. 

Run this print and if you see surface issues, you should be able to easily determine if your plate needs to be cleaned or if you may run into any integrity issues. 

You can also scale the X and Y of this surface to your specific dimensions to ensure a smooth print on any size BL Printer!
