Volvo B230K B200K Carburetor Spacer for Solex and CISAC

Replacement carburetor spacer for the Volvo Redblock B200K/B230K Solex Cisac z11 2bbl 34 carburetor or any other car using same carburetor.
BONUS! Works also as the ultimate gasket tracer! (duh!)

The stock Bakelite spacer is famous for cracking and warping so heres a replacement. Print in petg if coolant passages in intake are closed if not use any other NON reacting material that works with GASOLINE and HEAT. Remember the stock intake has coolant channels in it so the intake gets to 60-80degrees Celsius (no fact just a guess). Only print on 100% infill! You don't want to have a backfire and blowing the spacer up spewing fuel everywhere in your engine bay and did i mention a backfire is a burning fireball going from your cylinder to your carburetor? So Yea. No Bueno! Use 100% Infill! And keep in mind that this is not a genuine Volvo tested part.

Another option is only to use this model as a tracer to cut a new piece of a sheet of abs or some other material. Plywood even works!

Note! The part has to be sanded flat on a you guessed it a flat surface. It will not seal right out of your toaster aka 3d printer. Start with 180 then 240 then 360 then 400 sandpaper until its flat as a pancake! Then cut your gaskets!

Note! I have not printed this model or tested fitment, i just copied the stock bakelite part and made a 3d model for future use and shared fpr helping people keep their mighty Swedish tanks on the road.
