Print Profile(1)

Description
20 volt work light that attaches to your battery the same as you drill or other tools.
Pla is used for the bottom and middle parts.
PETG transparent is used to the top cover.
1 LM2596 DC-DC Buck convertor step down module is required.
1 Rocker Switch AC 6A/250V 10A/125V SPST 2 pins. I used the pre-soldered wire ones.
6 led bright white strips cut to fit as per the picture.
3 #6 x 1.5" button head metal screws.
2 Male quick connectors for 22-18-gauge wire.
1 roll of red 22-gauge solid wire.
1 roll of black 22-gauge solid wire.
To set the voltage out on the buck convertor you need to connect the battery to it and with a tester you
will need to turn the trimmer until you get 11.5 volts. I set it to 11.5 so the Leds don't get to warm.
If you are using 5-volt Leds then adjust the voltage to 4.8
See reference pictures.
Negative from battery to the negative in on the buck convertor.
Positive from the battery to the positive on the buck convertor.
For the led strips wiring you connect the plus to the plus and the negative to the negative.
Red wire from switch goes to the positive on the led strips.
Black wire from the negative out to the negative on the led strip.
Positive out from the buck convertor to the on off switch.
