Finger board for physical therapy on shoulder
Print Profile(1)

Description
After having rotator cuff surgery on my shoulder, the therapist would have me use a “finger board” to help stretch the muscles and tendons of my shoulder by slowly moving up the board using my fingers. Slowly over time (3 Months), I was able to lift my arm all the way up.
Print using the filament of your choice. There are 3 seperate sections, top, middle and bottom. I used 3 middle sections. Assemble using 3mm x 6mm screws. You can mount directly to the wall or use the hanger block to hang over a door. Mine is hanging over the door and secured with 3M Command adhesives (removable without damage).
