Description

Update!!!
So I have now edited my design to make sure that the pins on the QR are safer. You can look back from the important stuff. Please make sure you are still careful with the pins, and please leave a comment and give me your opinion if this works.

This works with lighter wheels and no spacer on the wheel, but feel free to try it!

I’ve designed a custom steering wheel stand to keep my collection organized and beautifully displayed. This stand allows me to neatly place my favorite steering wheels on the shelf while keeping them safe and accessible.

I’ve made three versions to suit different types of wheels:

  • Butterfly-style wheels
  • Wheels up to 320mm
  • Wheels up to 350mm

The stand is compatible with Simagic and Moza QR systems, and I believe it will also work with NRG-style QR systems. In the future, I plan to expand the range and create similar stands for Fanatec and Simucube wheels as well.

This stand is perfect for those who want to display and store their steering wheels in a stylish and functional way. Stay tuned for more updates!

IMPORTANT: Please be careful with the pins inside the QR. I recommend not twisting the wheel to make the QR click. Instead, mount the wheel straight onto the wheel stand without rotating it.

The QR uses communication pins, and due to the current design (logo placement), twisting the wheel while mounting may damage the pins in the wheel’s QR. I will try to improve this design as soon as possible.
