Toy Blender - Mixer
Print Profile(1)

Description
I am writing a short guide to facilitate the assembly of this toy. I have also uploaded a print profile that I used to print it, but since mine is an A1 mini I had to reduce the various components as much as possible, so I recommend that those who can, download all the uploaded STL files and create their own print profile. Perhaps scaling all the various pieces equally and using a larger bed.
That said, once you have printed everything (as in the photo below),

we can proceed with the assembly, the only thing we need is a little glue, 3 M6x20 bolts and two M6 nuts. (If you scale the pieces, larger bolts may be needed, but I don't think it's a problem).
Let's start by locking the two gears with two nuts and two bolts. (If you want, you can apply glue to the threads to prevent them from unscrewing)

Then insert them into their housing

Do the same with both gears and secure everything with the whisks from the bottom (here too I put glue on the threads)

At this point we need to prepare the large gear... let's start by inserting what will be our knob into the blender lid and glue it to the large gear. Let's wait a few minutes for the glue to dry....

Once this is done, we can close the lid, being careful to match the large gear with the two small ones inside
(The photo below shows how to join the gears)

Let's check that turning the knob above moves the whisks below, (in this case you need to insist until we find the correct position), and insert the third M6 screw from the bottom to lock the knob and gear.

close the lid with the 3 printed knob bolts

join this upper part to the base and secure with the largest bolt we have printed

At this point our blender is ready!!

If anyone feels like and has the pleasure of making changes, creating accessories or simply uploading a profile useful to someone, I would be happy... Thanks in advance to those who will dedicate time to it ;)
