Description

Garmin Varia RTL515/516 Mount for Benotti Fuoco Aero SL bike.

 

recommended material: ASA or PETG 
layer thickness: 0,1 (first layer 0,2)
model Filament: 12g (total: ~13g)

Additional parts needed:

  • 1x M4x20 Cylinder Head Screw
  • 1x M4 Nut Screw (Hat Nut recommended)


ASA (Sunlu) Settings:

  • speed: <= 100mm/s (35mm/s for 1st Layer)
  • heatbed: 95°
  • nozzle: 260°C
  • filament volume speed: 12mm/s
  • aux-fan: off
  • part fan: 10%
  • flow-rate: 0,95 (k-value: 0,02)
     

total part weight (incl. screw): 14g

 

freel free to contact to adjust or remix the model to other bikes. If the saddle tube profile is complex you need to provide me a .dxf-file.

 

Sidenote

maybe this Design is also working for other road bikes e.g. Specialized Tarmac SL7/8, would be nice if somebody can test it and let me know
