- 1x M4 Nut Screw (Hat Nut recommended)
ASA (Sunlu) Settings:
- speed: <= 100mm/s (35mm/s for 1st Layer)
- heatbed: 95°
- nozzle: 260°C
- filament volume speed: 12mm/s
- aux-fan: off
- part fan: 10%
- flow-rate: 0,95 (k-value: 0,02)
total part weight (incl. screw): 14g
freel free to contact to adjust or remix the model to other bikes. If the saddle tube profile is complex you need to provide me a .dxf-file.
Sidenote
maybe this Design is also working for other road bikes e.g. Specialized Tarmac SL7/8, would be nice if somebody can test it and let me know
