Hair Pin Legs Router Template

Router template for cutting a recess for most standard sized hair pin legs.

This will create a slot for the hairpin leg that is 30mm x 110mm. The dimensions and required router bits are embossed onto the top surface.

There are two print profile options

• One uses a 12.7mm (½") router cutter and a 16mm (5/8") guide bush
• One is for use with a flush trim router bit

A chisel will be required to clean up the corners
