2025/1/16 Update:
I have uploaded the individual components of each structure to facilitate multi-color printing.
I have made some modifications to the plant cell model designed by Mosaic to make it more suitable for teaching purposes. Additionally, I combined all components into a single model to facilitate multicolor printing.
The adjustments include:
- Rearranging the positions of the endoplasmic reticulum and the nucleus.
- Adding ribosomes.
- Placing ribosomes on the endoplasmic reticulum near the nucleus to represent the rough endoplasmic reticulum.
- Adjusting the height of the Golgi apparatus.
Each structure is an independent component, allowing for flexible color configuration. Printing this cell model requires two AMS units. If only four colors are used, the result may appear less vibrant. Using eight colors is recommended for a more detailed and engaging model. You can use a consistent color scheme with the animal cell model. It is also suggested to print the vacuole in a transparent color to better represent its characteristic appearance.
