The bearings are a push fit into the axle boxes. Apply a small dot of CA glue to the axle box face close to the bearing. Drag the glue towards the bearing and it will wick into the bearing edge locking it in place. Ensure that you do not use too much glue or get it into the bearing itself.
The wheels are a push fit onto the 1mm axles. Use the wheel spacer provide to establish the back to back spacing. Spin the wheels a couple of times on the axles while the wheel spacer is in place to remove any wobble that you might have. Once you are happy that the wheels are centred on the axles apply a small drop of CA glue on the inside of the wheel to lock the axle in place.
