Description

This is an AirTag holder that I designed to mount to the rear of the tail light on my Lectric eBike, I have versions to fit the XP4, XP 3.0, XP Lite, XP Lite 2.0, and XPedition 2.0 - from what I have seen, it will fit some other models of eBikes as well. Take some measurements to be sure, and compare them to the model geometry in Bambu Studio. I have tested it on both the Step-Over and Step-Thru models. I also have a version for the Vivi MT26GUL.

The holder has a few features that I refined over 7 prototype iterations.

  • It is designed to seat the AirTag at a slight angle, which in my testing amplifies the audio a little within the holder housing.
  • I included a small notch so that the AirTag “Clicks” in to place - quite satisfyingly I might add.
  • I included a notch with generous relief, to remove the AirTag if you need to replace the battery, I used the tip of a pen to pry it out without too much effort.
  • I added an array of speaker holes on the rear, so that the AirTag can be heard if needed.
  • I added a relief cut on the bottom right of the holder, to better accommodate the path of the tail light wire.
  • I made the mounting holes wider than they needed to be, so that the holder will have a better chance at fitting on various models of different eBikes. The distance between the middle of each screw hole is about 82.5mm. With a +/- 3mm allowance in either direction.

I STRONGLY recommend printing in PETG for the best experience. Many aspects of the models design were centered around PETG being the target material.

Happy Printing!

UPDATE 4/30/2025: I have added a specific version to fit the XP Lite 2.0, as it has a different tail light design. I have also added an additional print profile that uses mismatching support material, for easier support removal.

UPDATE 6/10/2025: I have added a plate to both profiles to fit the new XP4. This version has an extra set of mounting holes which also makes it compatible with the XP 3.0, and XPedition 2.0 as well.

UPDATE 8/22/2025: I have added a plate to both profiles to fit the Vivi MT26GUL.

UPDATE 4/29/2026: I have added a plate to both profiles to fit the Meet One Breeze Pro
