65MM Dust Boot for CNC Spindle

Fully 3D Printed Dust boot for CNC machine, 65 MM Spindle, requires no metal parts. Printed in PLA(or pretty much anything) and TPU(for the brush).  As printed will fit a 2" Shop vac hose, but if you print the attached hose adapter, it will work with a 2 ½ dust collector hose as well.  

/EDIT - I added a “Full Body” version of the main base, if your printer can't handle the hexagon decoration on it, use the full body version, it may print easier for you.  

In my version I used Creality Black and Gray PLA and Geeetech transparent TPU.  I used basic settings in Bambu Studio for PLA and TPU, the only changes to the settings I made were I printed with Tree supports, the supports were on Build Plate Only and I made the supports 5MM wide.  Otherwise, all speeds and settings were the same.   Print time for the dust boot is around 6 1/2 hours. Print time for the TPU Brush is around 2 hours.  It uses about 25 grams of TPU and 190 grams of PLA(or PETG, ABS etc).  I printed it in PLA and had no issues and works fine, but I'm sure it would be fine in other materials.
