Keep they cables with the GB40 unit. Easily snaps off if you don't need the holder on it. There is a clamp holder without the cable older if you want to keep the cables plugged into the GB40 all the time.

You don't need the middle or the end holders if you don't want or you could just use one of them if you want.

I used PETG with 2 perimeters and 15% infill with a .6mm nozzle.

holder for the lead connector does not fit. The hole is too small. side walls don’t match the profile.

Did you use ABS? Wondering if you got some big-time shrinkage. Maybe try to resize to 101% to see if that fixes it? Seems weird it came out just a bit to small.

I used it for my Noco GB20, the clamps are slightly different, but it still works The plug fits a little too tightly in the recess for my liking, but since I leave it plugged into the charging unit anyway, I only used the clamp holder and one other part

I have an updated version with slimmer clamps so I used a single clamp upright 2 “notches” away (as seen in photo) and it works perfectly!
