I can't even print it, not supported for bambu A1 Mini, and lego isn't that large!

Hi, I tried to create a compatible profile. You are welcome to test this out. Please print the PLA printing plate twice, the TPU once.

You have to apply some force with the tight profile, for example, place the wheel on a wooden board and press down the rod, it is possible that something went wrong during printing, of course. Lego has incredibly tight tolerances between 0.01mm and 0.002mm, unfortunately, printers along with the filament may not hit it exactly. Scaling could help you with the PC software, maybe 99.6 or 100.4%, or try the normal profile. it worked for me with my p1s and geeetech pla

3 of 8 had good Lego clutch power. the other 5 needed other pieces to stay on the axle

Hi, sorry you're having trouble, just use the profile "narrower axis - tight - 0.16mm layer, 7 walls" - I'll upload a comparable profile for the A1 mini again, I overlooked that :) If you have problems with layer adhesion, wash the print plate with lukewarm water and a drop of dish soap, it works better for me than with isopropanol

how did you mount TPU ring to wheel?

Hi, I used a rubber ring, with TPU there are different viscosities, perhaps a different TPU type is needed that does not tear, adheres sufficiently, and is stable. I will try printing TPU in the coming days and printing the combined firmly bonded version with PLA and TPU and possibly create a new profile, maybe that would be something for you
