Thoroughly clean your build plate before printing
Here are two suggestions:
For poor first layer adhesion, enable the brim function to add a brim
Change the build plate to a Polyurea plate; Polyurea plates exhibit excellent adhesion, and at the same bed temperature, there will be virtually no spaghetti!
