Description

Carbon rods can be cleaned with the Klippy.

This works even if the lid of your Bambulab printer is closed.

Isopropyl alcohol should be applied to the paper towel beforehand. Then place the paper towel on the Klippy and grab the carbon rods.

Now just move it back and forth a few times. If necessary, repeat the process a few times until the cloth remains clean.

The advantage of this tool is that you don't need a lot of material to print it.

To assemble you only have to press 2x 20mm filament into the joints.
The paper towel can simply be thrown away after use

With PETG, the support has PLA at the top and bottom or vice versa.

It also works with normal support but why do you have an AMS ;-)

Printed this with PLA for the support interface material exactly as downloaded, but I had layer adhesion issues in the PETG at exactly the layers where PLA was used. It seems like the PETG layer cooled off too much during the filament changes to have good adhesion? I'm using Bambu PETG HF and Bambu Basic PLA with all default settings.

don’t know if it is the pla or what but had no surface adhesion and would have become a spaghetti monster. really wanted this tool

hi, I don't really understand your problem. The two profiles are for PETG so you can't just change the material. I printed on a PEI plate and never had a problem. Maybe you can upload a picture and I can help you
