Description

Introducing the first R/C scale 64mm jet fighter on Makerworld, the Dassault Rafale!

Over several hundred hours of design and perfecting it's flight characteristics.  With OVER 2:1 thrust ratio, this thing is a beast!  This model flies like a dream, video available!  It's extremely easy to build as it is to fly.  I really wanted to do this beautiful fighter jet justice with scale design and flight.  I hope you enjoy it!

I highly recommend you use active foaming light weight PLA or ASA such as Bambu Lab Aero so it is as light and strong as it can be.  However, you can print this out of regular PLA, ASA, PETG, ABS, or others.  I printed most everything in LW PLA.  The nose cone and CA hinges I printed in TPU.  The missiles, refueler, and tail radar I printed from PETG.

For CG, there are bumps built in to the bottom of the wings. Balance there.
