der Clip geht ziehmlich schnell kaputt, da der 90° Winkel zu steil ist. hier würde ein Radius Abhilfe schaffen.

Hallo und danke für Ihren Hinweis. Dass der Clip schnell kaputt geht, höre ich das erste Mal. Den Winkel mit der Verstärkung war Absicht, da ansonsten die Klemme aufgrund des Fillamentmateriales ihre Spannkraft verliert. Dies gilt auch wenn ich an Stelle des steilen Winkels eine Rundung einfügen würde. Habe dies auch vorher ausprobiert. Natürlich ist die Klemme auch nur für eine gewisse Einspanndicke geeignet. Bei zu starker Beanspruchung bricht sie dann natürlich. Auch dies ist dem Material geschuldet. Vielleicht wird es besser wenn man die Klemme mit Kohlenstoff verstärkten ASA druckt.

The reinforced angle was intentional, otherwise, the clamp would lose its clamping force due to the filament material. This would also be the case if I were to insert a curve instead of the steep angle. I tried this before as well. Of course, the clamp is only suitable for a certain clamping thickness. With too much stress, it will naturally break. This is also due to the material. Perhaps it will be better if the clamp is printed with carbon-reinforced ASA
