New Version: This version has more size options

I am providing shaver attachments for the Philips OneBlade here. The attachments cover cutting lengths from 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm, in 0.5 mm increments.

Since the standard 1 mm increments were often too coarse for me, I designed this model. With these attachments, intermediate lengths like 1.5 mm or 2.5 mm can also be used, enabling more precise shaving results if the standard attachments are too short or too long.

Boost Me (for free)

I am aware that there are already models for shaver attachments. However, several aspects of these bothered me:

  1. Skin-friendliness
    • Upright printing provides a smoother surface that touches the skin. This reduces skin irritation and makes shaving more comfortable.
    • All sharp edges have been rounded to ensure additional comfort.
  2. Improved Fit
    • Clipping in the attachments works much more easily and reliably with my model.
    • I based my design on the original attachments to avoid grip issues. This ensures the attachments sit securely on the shaver while still being easy to change.
  3. Better Handling and Hygiene
    • Thanks to the low height of the attachments, hardly any hair gets caught in them. In my experience, the attachment therefore only rarely needs to be removed to clean the shaver.

It is not necessary to print all attachments. If you only want to use a specific length, you can simply delete the remaining models. This will not cause any problems during printing.

Unfortunately, I'm not having any luck. The attachments for the short hair lengths are creating strings that will, sooner or later, cause detachment from the plate

I only printed the ones I was missing, the half-measures are also beautiful, they fit the razor well, the print came out well, without problems. I recommend it. I used PLA Silk, perfect.

can’t find a good print orientation for making it click on place

it should work with the orientation in the file. if not you might need to clean your build plate

No, the problem is the internal mechanism, which, having no supports, prints poorly and doesn't allow the blade to engage. I've tried printing it multiple times, cleaning the nozzle plate and drying the filament, but it doesn't work.

it should have supports, maybe you disabled them accidentally? with no supports its not going to work. i never had issues with quality or functionality, i use them everyday. Maybe there's a problem with the file? i have another model available in my profile with more sizes. maybe try printing this file.
