Description
Fits generic retractable baby gates often found on Amazon. Design to give additional space to the bracket when it meets the wall, in this case at the bottom of the stairs where there is a handrail.
Hopefully this can save some quick time for someone facing the same issues as I had without having to design and print it themselves.
This is a simple 1mm spacer block that can be extruded out to 2, 3, 4, 5mm etc. to increase the distance between the wall and the gate latch. A little overhang on both sides to ensure support to the edges of the OEM latch base and doesn't snap.
