Grow your own fresh sprouts with this 3D-printed jar base! 🌱 Designed for perfect drainage and ventilation, it ensures healthy, vibrant sprouts every time. Easy to print, reusable, and ideal for all microgreens. The model is compatible with any standard 700 ml jar. Download and start sprouting at home! 🌿

Here’s a short guide:

• Seed preparation: Rinse the seeds and soak them in water for 8-12 hours.

   

• Place in the bottle: Rinse the seeds again and place a thin layer at the bottom of the bottle.

   

• Watering: Rinse the seeds with fresh water twice a day and let the excess water drain.

   

• Positioning: Lay the bottle on its side in a slightly dark place.

   

• Harvesting: After 3-5 days, when the sprouts reach the desired size, they’re ready to eat.

💡 Tip: Rinse the sprouts well before consuming.
