LPX Choc Keycaps

These are the fantastic LPX profile choc keycaps that Lev Popov designed. I have mixed a torus into the model, to provide a homing bump. I have additionally included the Chicago Steno thumb a la Pseudoku and uploaded a plate that provides full coverage for a 3x5+2 board. I have included 4 extra LPX on the plate, too, for boards with extra thumb keys or partial outside pinky columns, or just in case. 

PLEASE NOTE: The inclusion of Pseudoku's CS Thumbs makes this entire derivative non-source work subject to the terms of the GPL-v3.0 license, in contrast to the CC-BY-SA specified above. It's simply the most similar license, so I selected it to minimize functional confusion.
