Botempi Piano ES5100 Replacement Button

Here's my first attempt at replacing something lost/broken : 

I have an old piano toy (Bontempi ES 5100) that is at least 30 years old and missing a few buttons. 

After carrefully taking the last one's measurements, I printed two new ones
