Print-in-Place, Support-Free, Assembly-Free, Highly Articulated Robot Figure
Print Profile(1)

Description
Gently unlock the joints; do not force them. Diagram three indicates all joints. This print-in-place model requires no supports or assembly. If a joint is too tight, wrap it in a towel or thick cloth before unlocking to avoid hand injury.
PETG filament is recommended; PLA may result in breakage due to inflexible joints. Avoid resizing the model before printing; this may create additional difficulties.
The model requires 53g of filament and a three-hour print time for a single color. Joints may loosen with extended use, but retaining stops prevent excessive movement.
A second-generation print-in-place robot is currently under development.
