This is a neon sign of a Glock I designed. You can make a long Mag version or Short Mag version. Feel free to change up the Led Neon colors to customize your own colorful Neon light.

Attention:

Please don't scale these frames. It will change the Neon and wiring channel sizes.

What you will need and where you can get it.

 Materials list 

1. Maxmoral DC 12V led strip dimmer switch with DC female male adapter. Amazon (optional switch) 20cm DC. 5.5mm x 2.1mm male to female on/off switch cable Youcheng for led cctv security camera. Amazon 

2. Sim & Nat DC female 5.5mm x 2.1mm Power Jack Adapter plug pigtail cable 20’’-inch DC power pigtail female jack wire for cctv led strip light low voltage. Amazon

 3. Lamomo LED Neon Lights 16.4 ft 12v 0.39in/ cut silicone waterproof neon rope light, Diy neon. Amazon (Note: you will need more than one color if you choose to make a multi color like I did in the picture.) or Meijiajia LED neon strips (note cut marks are further apart with these than with Lamomo brand.) 4. Silicone glue, clear silicone super glue adhesive instant waterproof heat resistant and flexible for silicon CAR, TPU, TPR, TPE. Amazon

 5. Chanzon 3:1 Ration 1/16'' (1.6mm) heat shrink tubing marine grade water proof adhesive lined 8ft roll 2.5m total length. Amazon 6. 100 ft 22 AWG electric wire 22/2-gauge oxygen free copper 12v/24v DC red, black zip cord wire parallel extension wire led strip lights hook up for led. Amazon

7. Lead free solder wire. Amazon

8. Soldering iron. Amazon 

9. Exacto knife. Amazon 

10. Wire strippers. Amazon 

11. Wiring flux. Amazon 

12. 1kg spool PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA Filament. Bambu Store

After you have the parts printed, Glue the frames together then use a soldering iron to fuse the seams together for a strong hold.

Wire the ends of your Led Neon and install the Neon. Turn your Project over backside facing up and wire the connections per your experience. Test each connection as you go and once more when you have completed the wiring. Hot Glue the wires in place, Then glue on the back wiring covers.
